(2) Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures and other causes. 

If products are defective or damaged when receiving, please contact MEWESLEEP service team by emailing care@mewesleep.com with a picture or video to show the damage. We will then arrange exchange or return service according to your choice. If you choose to return, full refund will be issued back to your original payment method. 

If you are not satisfied - for any reason - please contact MEWESLEEP service team within 7 nights after receiving. Please send mails to care@mewesleep.com. Meantime, please ensure the products are in the same condition that you received them.
